  • Reviews and edits all SOWs, Exhibits, PCRs, LIQs for clarity, consistency, formatting and correctness
  • Coordinates with Services Sales, Management, Legal, Finance and various other departments to route documents through the published approval process via Trace 3.
  • Processes documents for Wind River signature
  • Provides signed approved documents package to Services Bookings personnel for booking and project creation
  • Interfaces with customers to resolve purchase order problems and documentation issues
  • Works with various departments to revise and update approval requirements and proposal templates
  • Manages and adapts to fast paced, changing work environment
Required Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years job related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to use software tools for opportunity tracking, project creation, and document editing
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired
  • Initiative to solve issues, resourceful, service oriented
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to make decisions independently
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Adept at prioritizing and managing multiple projects
  • Detail oriented with ability to work with high levels of quality and accuracy

CompensationThe annual base salary range for this role's listed grade level is $100,000 to $130,000 plus a bonus for Colorado, New York, and New Jersey residents, and $TBD to $TBD plus a bonus for SF Bay Area, Greater Seattle, NYC, and Washington, DC, residents. Salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities of the applicant, and equity with other team members.
