We created, drive and lead the graph database category, and we're disrupting how organizations leverage their data to innovate and stay competitive.Location: United States - Remote, West CoastRole Overview: We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented marketing specialist with a passion for delivering seamless, high-impact event experiences. In this role, you'll support the planning and executing first-party and third-party in-person events across the Americas, including industry conferences, regional events, and virtual programs. From logistics to vendor management, you'll own the operational details that bring our event strategy to life and drive measurable impact.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentReporting Structure: This position is a key member of the Americas Marketing team and reports directly to the Sr. Regional Marketing Manager while working closely to Regional Marketing team across Americas and Latam. Success in this role depends on the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with teams across sales, corporate and regional marketing, digital, developer relations, and product marketing.Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and third-party event campaigns, including event ideation, promotion, logistics, and internal/external communications
- Manage end-to-end execution processes including landing page creation, swag fulfillment, vendor coordination, and budget tracking
- Support sales enablement by ensuring timely lead delivery and effective post-event follow-up in collaboration with Sales Development teams
- Maintain and optimize campaign tracking through SFDC and other systems to ensure accurate performance reporting and compliance with SLAs
- Build and manage a centralized repository for marketing materials, templates, and documentation to support scalability and team alignment
- You'll be a key member of the Americas Regional Marketing team. The team is responsible for driving the highest quality lead generation programs that take customers and prospects through their buyers' journey using all activities in the marketing mix including digital, partner and event programs.
- In this events role, you will drive leads, opportunities, and pipeline growth, guided by a quarterly strategic events plan and aligned with budgetary objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and agency partners is crucial.
- 3-5+ years experience in B2B event or field marketing, with a focus on in-person execution
- Strong project management skills; detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Self-starter with a proactive, independent work style who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable managing vendors, contracts, and cross-functional coordination
- Experience with campaign tracking tools like Salesforce and Tableau
- Familiarity with event platforms (e.g. Splash) a plus
- Bachelor's degree required
