- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or higher, from an accredited institution.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Graphic Design, Design Communication, Industrial Design, UX/UI or a related field from an accredited institution
- Possess a growth mind-set with an abundance of creativity and passion.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, a storyteller for design with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Have relevant experience in design programs such as Adobe, Figma, SolidWorks, Sketchbook pro, etc.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Be self-motivated, eager to learn, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Maplewood, MN at least 2 days per week)
