Job description: Job Description:Pay Range: $15hr - $20hrResponsibilities:

• Contracts management and support.
• Source to contract procurement process support including RFPs, data, and audits
• Maintain internal repository of agreements and negotiation results.
• Support supplier management and savings tracking.
• MS GO program management support.
• Hotel program support (eg bid analysis, operational audits).
• Specialty travel program (eg white glove service desk).
• Group booking program (develop into SME on processes and tools).
• Internal procurement tools expert.
• Learn and own key procurement tools for contract storage, RFPs, sustainability, data, supplier onboarding, etc.
• Data and analytics.
• Data entry for key metrics and insights.
• Ability to review data and identify high level trends / KPIs.
• Additional scope and support as needed / assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• College student or newly graduated candidate seeking corpoXX experience for 6m+ commitment.
• Self-starter comfortable working within a remote working environment.
• Interested in pursuing a career in Procurement, Program Candidateagement, Hospitality or Travel industries.
• Comfortable with a fast paced, multi-project environment.
• Proactive and capable to work independently on projects and in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Go-getter personality.
• Eager to learn and grow long term with the company.
• Ability to follow process steps per internal compliance requirements.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Advanced skills with PowerPoint preferred.
• CorpoXX experience preferred.
• Reporting and data analytics experience (eg PowerBI, Domo) a plus.

Expected salary: $15 - 20 per hour
