We provide a collaborative, inclusive and flexible work environment along with competitive compensation and comprehensive wellness & benefits programs.Main Responsibilities:Act as a single point of contact for customers providing pre- and post-sale activities for sales under a prescribed dollar amount and complexityCollaborate and communicate with outside sales personal to ensure full coverage of customer needsProactively follow up on warm marketing leads and requested quotes for Service Business LineProvide general information on all Service ProductsTakes ownership of open territory and lapsed service customers to drive salesWorks with applications and tech support team to offer product alternatives to best meet customer requirements and support sales objectives.Recognize that a customer of one product could also purchase other Leybold products and set up leads for new equipment, field service and service contract opportunitiesDemonstrate proactive selling of Leybold service products.
