You will move our customers' key initiatives from concept to implementation, solving problems and delivering exceptional satisfaction.As an Engagement Manager II, you will be responsible for:
- Owning program management and being the trusted advisor that helps customers get the most value out of solutions.
- Architecting and managing the web performance, cloud computing and security solutions.
- Defining an account strategy, establishing key relationships, and building and maintaining a project pipeline.
- Leading a cross functional team and developing a culture of excellence to empower and encourage team synergy.
- Partnering with sales and pre-sales to help expand the use of services and solutions.
- Have 5 years of experience and a Bachelor's in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or its equivalent
- Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role and an understanding of the consulting process to ensure customer success
- Have experience managing and delivering large technical customer projects successfully
- Be knowledgeable on Devops, web development, web performance such as HTTPS, DNS
- Have familiarity with security technologies, with basic knowledge of methods used to protect data, applications, and infrastructure
- Be familiar with compute technologies, with basic knowledge and skills to design, implement, and manage cloud-based systems
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills and articulate technical information in an easy to understand manner

Expected salary: $108900 - 226100 per year
