The Mission Systems and Weapons (MSW) Market Segment of the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) Integrated Warfare Systems and Sensors (IWSS) line of business is looking for a mid-level contracts negotiator to provide contracts negotiation and administration support for the Laser & Sensor Systems area with a focus on IWTAs, current programs, and upcoming captures. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day contract administration and leading contract negotiation, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, as well as providing support for future proposals. The candidate must be a strategic thinker, able to effectively coordinate with Lockheed Martin program, technical, and business management teams. In addition, the successful candidate will evaluate contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations. They will maintain communications to ensure timely contract execution by the parties and ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations.WHY JOIN US

Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) a plus.- Experience in Contracts or a related function- Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this

position.
