Job description: As a Senior Applications Analyst, you will play a key role in leading the support, implementation, and optimization of financial, administrative, and clinical software applications. You will collaborate closely with operational teams and IT to ensure data integrity, system compliance, and seamless integration of applications. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to guide both internal teams and external vendors through system enhancements and implementations.This is a hybrid role where our team works in the Erie office two days a week and remote the other three days.What you’ll bring:
- Strong leadership and project management abilities, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across departments and with external vendors.
- Advanced technical skills in hardware, software, and data interfacing/integration processes.
- Experience in systems security, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards such as HIPAA.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field with 6 years of experience in software systems support and implementation; or an associate degree with 9 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Transact SQL, C#, .NET, PowerScript, and Visual Studio.
- Knowledge of API Calls and MS MVC frameworks.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance.
- FBI clearance required for individuals who do not meet PA residency requirement.
- Leading project efforts to implement, support, and enhance software applications across financial, administrative, and clinical areas.
- Serving as a liaison between IT, operational teams, and vendors to ensure smooth software integration and data integrity.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to IT Applications Analysts on project management and best practices.
- Conducting needs analysis and coordinating system changes to meet evolving business requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards while maintaining documentation and policies.
- Extracting and analyzing data from multiple sources to support reporting needs.
- Delivering training to IT staff and system users to enhance application utilization.
- Participating in after-hours on-call helpdesk support on a rotational basis.
- Driving quality improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, employee productivity, and customer satisfaction.
