- Lead strategic client retention and growth plan for account portfolio
- Proactively identify risks to the portfolio; develop and implement an action pla
- Collaborate with operations and other internal Amex GBT teams
- Influence key client decision makers, educating about Amex GBT’s value and key differentiators
- Increase transaction revenue for Amex GBT and key suppliers
- Proactively share client and market trends to internal and external leaders
- Solid understanding of the business travel industry
- Experience in a similar role / supporting global clients preferred
- Strong Project Management and organizational ski
- Ability to prioritize and handle contending demands
- Adaptation and flexibility
- Proactive identification and resolution of challenges
- Professional communication (written and verbal)
- Collaborative and open to feedback
Expected salary: $70000 - 140000 per year
