Job description: Cyber Hard Target Market DirectorKey Role:Serve as a key lead engaging with DoD and Intel clients, the Acquisition community, senior leaders, and program managers affiliated with the Cyber Hard Target (CHT) campaign, to shape acquisition opportunities for CHT work across the community. Identify mission critical work and suitable contracts to execute tactical sales and pursue OTAs, Pilots, and other whitespace work for new capabilities and emerging mission needs. Leverage senior-level leadership and extensive community relationships within the DoD and Intel industry and government clients. Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the client's senior leadership to comprehend their needs and link them to the organization's product or service strategies. Drive major capture efforts from start to finish and support business staff in captures that are especially demanding. Partner with other market leaders on company-wide initiatives, and lead capture efforts that have a measurable impact on business growth. Maintain a broad and collaborative network across the company and engage in networking to establish an internal and industry reputation as a recognized expert in the CHT community.Basic Qualifications:15+ years of experience in a leadership role managing large technical portfolios within the DoD and IC10+ years of experience directly supporting the DoD and IC, including senior-level engagement8+ years of experience working complex technical solutions that support the DoD and IC, including cyber solutions or cyber operationsExperience collaborating across Government stakeholders to successfully develop and deploy full cyber kill chain solutions to achieve mission outcomesExperience engaging with key stakeholders to discuss CHT capabilities and services, including driving program of record creation and driving successful Government-Industry partnerships through creation of a collaborative, team-centric cultureKnowledge of the acquisition life cycleAbility to travel occasionallyTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphBachelor’s degreeAdditional Qualifications:Experience working with DoD and IC acquisition centers and Key Client Mission StakeholdersExperience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partnersExperience with using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and WordExperience with the successful execution of all phases of large, multi-year capture effortsExperience with the military and DoD, including serving as a program or project managerExperience establishing relationships in the DoD and IC government and industry communitiesKnowledge of Full Spectrum Cyber Operations, including the cyber kill chain, CNO, CNA, and OCO development, and Cyber DefenseClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
