If you’re passionate about crafting world-class Key Art for theatrical and streaming space his role is for you.You’ll work across a wide range of genres and high-profile entertainment properties, in a fast-paced, creatively charged environment. Our team values creative freedom, collaboration, and ownership—we’re seeking someone who loves taking a project from concept to final comp.You’ll report directly to the Creative Director and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of talented artists.Who You AreA conceptual designer with a strong design foundation, excellent attention to detail, and a deep passion for storytelling through imagery. You thrive in both independent and collaborative settings, stay current with industry trends, and are always pushing your work to be more dynamic, polished, and original.What You’ll Do
- Design and develop Key Art for theatrical and streaming titles
- Build high-quality comps using Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop)
- Adapt Key Art into outdoor and digital campaign formats
- Concept ideas for photoshoots sketch presentations
- Design logos and title treatments
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and a high level of creative execution across all deliverables
- Maintain organized and efficient file structures to support quick revisions and seamless team collaboration
- Provide design direction and support to both internal teams and external designers
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols
- Take on additional duties as needed
- 4+ years of experience designing Key Art for theatrical and/or TV/streaming campaigns
- A strong portfolio showcasing innovation, versatility, and polished execution
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- In-depth knowledge of current entertainment campaigns and Key Art aesthetics
- Strong grasp of lighting, composition, and perspective
- Skilled in blending, compositing, and visual effects techniques—with a strong eye for realism and design cohesion
- Excellent typography skills and a strong understanding of type layout in Key Art
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and produce comps on demand
- Highly collaborative and proactive, with strong communication skills
- Bonus: Background in illustration

- The starting base compensation range for this position in the selected city is $81,000-$90,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, location, prior experience, and education.
- Work is remote, with the option to work onsite in our DTLA office
