You will own the overall customer marketing vision, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative tools to amplify our brand and cultivate a thriving community of OneTrust advocates.Your MissionDevelop and execute a comprehensive customer marketing strategy aligned with OneTrust's overall business goals, focusing on driving advocacy, retention, and growthDefine and prioritize key customer marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and customer success strategiesBuild and maintain relationships with key customer advocates, motivating them to participate in OneTrust marketing activities for mutual benefitEnsure a steady stream of customer stories that can be amplified across all marketing channels, and that field teams can be trained on so that we always lead with stories of customer success and business valueKeep OneTrust in top position on sites like G2 and Gartner Peer InsightsManage and lead customer events, including customer advisory boards and user groups, that build engagement with both executive and practitioner audiencesOperate a scalable customer reference program that connects prospects with customers who can reassure them about the benefits of joining the OneTrust communityLead a high-performing team as a player/coach, getting the best out of team members while coaching and developing themFind creative ways to measure the impact of customer marketing on our business, and share these with key stakeholders on a regular basisYou Are
- 10+ years leading and building customer marketing function and driving measurable impact for B2B SaaS companies
- Creativity combined with an infectious passion for your craft
- A grounding in how to balance design with pragmatism, budgets, and business requirements
- Excellent project management, resource management, and planning skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
