As the Customer Support & Live Chat Agent, you should have proven experience in a customer experience role, putting the customer first in everything you do and making sure they have a smooth customer journey. This is a role where you can really develop your career in a professional, supportive environment!DUTIES INCLUDE:


  • You will manage the live chat and emails, ensuring the customer has a fantastic customer journey, in line with KPI’s.

  • You will provide video calls to new customers using Zoom and Loom.

  • You will escalate customer support tickets to the dedicated teams.

  • You will represent the company in virtual and networking sessions.

  • You will use customer feedback to create new ideas.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • You should have experience in a customer service role, using live chat.

  • You should be someone who is looking to grow and develop professionally.

  • Experience using Keep, Thrive cart, Groove, Facebook & Instagram is desirable.

  • You should have fantastic organizational skills, with a flexible attitude.

SALARY & BENEFITS:*

  • A salary of up to 30k is available – an additional 1k after passing probation.
