As the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Consulting & Client Services (CCS), you will be at the forefront of driving AI transformation for our clients. This executive-level role blends business development, consulting excellence, and service delivery management. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of consulting professionals and client service managers while cultivating relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of AI-driven transformation projects. This position will be based in the United States, with regular international travel and close collaboration with teams in Europe and APAC.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead and mentor a global team of Consulting Managers, Client Service Directors, and delivery professionals across the US, Europe, and APAC.Oversee the performance and career development of regional leaders in London, Paris, Bangalore, and other key locations.Foster a high-performance culture within the CCS organization, ensuring alignment with company goals, vision, and values.Business Development & Client EngagementDrive business development efforts to grow the CCS practice, with a focus on AI-transformation services and consulting.Engage with senior executives and decision-makers at client organizations to understand their business challenges and design innovative AI solutions.Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and growth.Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop tailored proposals, pricing strategies, and delivery models.Consulting Excellence & Delivery ManagementOversee the end-to-end delivery of AI consulting projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution.Work closely with regional VP of Client Services and local teams to ensure projects are staffed effectively and resources are allocated appropriately.Ensure that best practices are followed in consulting methodologies, service delivery, and client communications.Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure that client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.Strategic Vision & InnovationShape the strategic direction of CCS services, continuously identifying emerging trends, market demands, and client needs related to AI transformation.Lead the development of innovative service offerings that keep the organization at the cutting edge of AI consulting.Work closely with senior management to align CCS strategies with overall business goals and objectives.Financial & Operational OversightManage and optimize the financial performance of the CCS division, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Ensure the efficient deployment of resources across global teams, meeting both financial and operational KPIs.Take ownership of service delivery quality, client satisfaction scores, and revenue growth targets.Key Qualifications:At least 15 years of experience in consulting and client services roles, with a proven track record in leading AI transformation initiatives.Strong background in AI technologies, digital transformation, or technology consulting, with an ability to clearly articulate value propositions to senior leaders.Significant experience in business development, sales, and client management within a global environment.Previous leadership experience managing a diverse, international team with a focus on client delivery and service excellence.Skills & Abilities:Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a focus on building and nurturing high-performing, client-centric teams.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to assess market opportunities, drive revenue growth, and manage budgets.Proven experience in AI transformation or related consulting fields, with deep understanding of the technology, methodologies, and best practices.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives and stakeholders.Willingness to travel globally as needed to manage client relationships, lead engagements, and support regional teams. #LI-KV1
