Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Growth to spearhead our revenue expansion initiatives. This pivotal role combines strategic sales leadership with customer success excellence, focusing on three core areas: retaining existing clients, expanding services within current accounts, and acquiring new customers. You will be the driving force behind our growth engine, ensuring sustainable revenue growth while maintaining our reputation for exceptional service delivery.
- Key ResponsibilitiesClient Retention & Success Management
- Relationship Cultivation: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary strategic advisor and advocate within the organization
- Customer Success Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive retention strategies that exceed client expectations and drive long-term loyalty
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze client campaign effectiveness, delivering actionable insights and optimization strategies to demonstrate continuous value
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential client concerns or churn risks and develop strategic solutions to address them before they impact the relationship
- Service Expansion & Account Growth
- Revenue Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts, maximizing client lifetime value
- Strategic Upselling: Develop tailored service proposals that align with client growth objectives and business needs
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to create comprehensive service packages that drive account expansion
- New Customer Acquisition & Sales Leadership
- Lead Closing & Conversion: Take ownership of closing qualified leads into paying customers, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed contracts
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets and business objectives
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

- Required QualificationsEssential Experience
- Industry Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a digital marketing agency environment, preferably with home improvement or contractor clients
- Growth Leadership: Demonstrated track record of successfully leading growth initiatives, managing client accounts, and achieving revenue targets
- Sales Excellence: Strong background in B2B sales with experience in both new customer acquisition and account expansion
