    We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Publishing Clerk / Documentation Specialist to assist with preparing, formatting, organizing, and maintaining documents for digital or internal publishing. This is a support-focused role with straightforward tasks, ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency.Responsibilities:
  • Format and edit documents in Microsoft Word, PDF, or Google Docs
  • Upload files to internal systems, shared drives, or content management platforms
  • Rename, tag, and archive documents using consistent naming conventions
  • Check documents for formatting issues, typos, or outdated information
  • Track document versions and ensure the most current file is available
  • Maintain logs or spreadsheets of submitted or published documents
  • Perform basic quality checks (e.g., ensuring hyperlinks work or pages are numbered)
    Requirements:
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word), Google Workspace, or similar tools
  • Comfortable with document formatting, saving, and organizing files
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and computer
