About the role:



  • Freelance: B2B contract




  • Hourly rate: 50–90 PLN net




  • 100% remote, Polish time zone (UTC+2)




  • Includes training budget




  • ⚡ Fast-paced recruitment cycles for urgent tech and leadership roles




  • Please note: no paid holidays or sick leave




What you'll do:



  • Source and recruit top tech talent (mobile, UX/UI, QA) as well as leadership and back-office roles




  • Leverage AI tools and automation (e.g. ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, AmazingHiring, Fetcher, etc.) to speed up sourcing and screening




  • Continuously test and implement new-generation recruitment platforms




  • Use advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, Dribble, and through Boolean search




  • Collaborate closely with Lidia, our experienced recruiter, to meet tight deadlines




  • Lead and improve recruitment projects, conduct post-mortems, and train others in AI-powered recruiting methods

  • 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally in or for software houses
  • Proven expertise in using AI-driven recruitment tools and staying ahead of sourcing innovation
  • Solid hands-on experience in platform sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, Dribbble, etc.) and Boolean search
  • Deep understanding of the software house hiring landscape — how it moves, scales, and evolves
  • A proactive, improvement-focused mindset and readiness to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to work independently and with full ownership
  • Fluent English (C1)
