- Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth ,
- Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships ,
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies ,
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers ,
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities ,
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process ,
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction ,
- Collaborate with team to ensure messaging is consistent and effective
- Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate and create partnerships with clients ,
- Experience in account management is a plus ,
- Proficiency in Spanish is desirable but not required
