Integrated Services Specialist

Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers. Ensure accuracy of all customer orders. Leverage keen focus on detail and organizational skills to ensure orders are accurately processed in a timely manner. Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues. Maintain a positive attitude and provide a high level of customer service. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction. Document and maintain customer records in accordance with established procedures. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of processes and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
