In this role, you’ll take inbound calls and assist individuals affected by natural disasters with empathy, professionalism, and care. This is a W-2 employee position with paid training and flexible schedules. You’ll work from home while making a meaningful impact during critical moments. Only candidates located in Louisiana, Georgia, Alabama, or Texas will be considered. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
