Position Summary:
We are looking for motivated and self-driven Business Development Managers (BDMs) across the USA to help us expand our client base. This is a freelance or contractual role with flexible hours—ideal for both experienced professionals in the medical billing space or freshers looking to gain experience through part-time or freelance work.
Your main role will be to identify, approach, and onboard new healthcare providers—including hospitals, clinics, and physicians—who need support with their billing and RCM processes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential healthcare clients in your network or local area (hospitals, clinics, private practices)
- Reach out to doctors, practice managers, and hospital administrators to pitch Medcare’s RCM services
- Understand client needs and present tailored billing solutions
- Schedule and facilitate meetings between prospects and internal operations team
- Maintain communication with leads throughout the onboarding process
- Meet agreed targets for outreach and conversions
- Requirements:
- Experience in medical billing, RCM, or healthcare business development is a plus
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working independently with a performance-driven mindset
- Familiarity with the US healthcare system is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome

Pay: $83,867.00 - $120,000.00 per year
