Global TA Strategy - Operations Program Lead
Description:
• Lead and manage strategic projects
• Drive process improvements

Requirements:
• 7-10 years of experience in program management, ideally within talent acquisition or recruitment operations
• Proven track record of driving process improvement and implementing strategic initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ATS, CRM, and other recruiting technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
