- Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve their questions or concerns ,
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues ,
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate ,
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments ,
- Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes ,
- Provide feedback on call issues ,
- Upsell if required
- Requirements
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment ,
- 6 months Customer service experience preferred ,
- Over 18 years of age ,
- Ability to type 25 wpm ,
- High School Graduate or GED ,
- Comfort with desktop computer system ,
- Proven oral & written communication skills ,
- Logical problem-solving skills ,
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems ,
- Organization and work prioritization skills
