    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with company and facility policies
  • Manage and safeguard patient health records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards
  • Prepare new patient charts and ensure medical records are accurate and complete
  • Respond to requests for patient records and assist with administrative duties as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and security with all privileged information
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to commute between locations as needed
  • Basic computer proficiency and strong data entry skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision and respond to changing priorities
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a healthcare environment
  • Previous production/metric-based work experience
  • In-person customer service experience
  • Ability to build relationships with on-site clients and customers
  • Comfortable bringing new ideas and process improvement suggestions to internal stakeholders
