Human Resources Coordinator (Part Time), Remote Job

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive part-time HR Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will be key in managing day-to-day HR tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, proactiveness, and the ability to work with diverse teams from various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Essential Functions:
• Recruiting: Assist Recruiting with scheduling interviews, generating offer letters and conducting background checks
• HR Data & Operations: Assist with updating employee data changes across People tools; coordinating applicable changes with Payroll; Maintain internal People informational pages (Slite) and internal People Drive; Monitor the HR Inbox, and respond to or assign followup based on subject
• People Experience: Will assist with Onboarding/Offboarding, ensuring paperwork and any training requirements are completed in a timely manner. Will provide support and analysis on company surveys (onboarding/offboarding, engagement, pulse, program feedback), and assist with program or tool implementations. Will provide backup to programs within HiBob (HRIS).

Additional Responsibilities: • Help support the People Experience Manager during US and International Benefits Open Enrollment, as well as during Performance and Compensation Review cycles • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits and regulatory inquiries. • Participate in special People projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast paced start up environment.
• Experience with GSuite.
• Experience with HRIS (preferably HiBob or BambooHR).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS, ie. Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby)
• Preferred experience in PEO and EOR environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially and with discretion.

Compensation:
• This role is hourly

Rate: $20-$25/hr

Hours: 25 hrs/wk (M-F, 5 hours a day)

Benefits: Flexible PTO, Company holidays (including one company-wide mental health day off per month), new hire stipend, WFH stipend

Timezone: CST or EST preferred
