As we continue to grow, we’re looking for support for our Operations and Sales teams. About the Role As our Operations, Sales, and Customer Service Associate, you will be supporting our Operations and Sales teams, including processing orders and customer-facing tasks for both B2B and B2C. This role requires a proactive mindset, with a passion for small, fast-growing consumer brands. This is hybrid position, mostly remote with some in-person in our Seattle, WA office. Key Responsibilities Order processing for key accounts and independent retailers Wholesale portal order approvals B2B and B2C customer service About You Required: Comfortable working under tight timelines with minimal supervision Experience in small team or start up environments Excel familiarity (vlookup, pivot tables) Proactive, self-starter mentality Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively Preferred: 2-3 years experience within consumer products industry a plus Experience with Acctivate or SQL Databases Experience with QuickBooks Experience with Amazon Seller and Vendor Central Why Join Us?
