The selected candidate will be the first point of customer contact for the company. • Great problem-solving and customer relationship building skills are a must. • Great with technology. Must be a good typist and be able to learn new systems and function well in a paperless environment. • Great organizer. Must be able to prioritize detailed tasks and work with multiple clients for scheduling and other customer questions. • Candidates should be self-motivated and able to work solo as well as with a team. • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. • Must be looking for a long-term and stable work environment with a successful company. • Must be reliable during work hours. • This is a work from home position, but candidates must live in Greater Philadelphia area (PA, NJ or DE). • Hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
