Responsibilities
Manage and restructure a variety of problem loans.

Advise lending teams on challenging credit situations.

Oversee the modification process from proposal to credit approval and closing.

Ensure accurate credit risk ratings and minimize past dues.

Identify borrowers experiencing financial difficulties.

Interact professionally with clients, investors, and internal teams.

Provide guidance to associates and collaborate with the Managing Director.

Handle escalated issues and complex negotiations.

Supervise and manage one or more associates, setting goals and monitoring progress.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Credit Training or Financial Modeling, valuation and credit OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Credit Training or Financial Modeling, valuation and credit.

3 years of Commercial Loan Workout and/or Credit experience.
Nice-to-haves
5 years of experience in Commercial Banking, TMT and Innovation Banking or Advisory.

Ability to negotiate and influence favorable outcomes for the bank.

Knowledge of financial principles and concepts.

Ability to interpret financial information and create effective models.
