Loan Factory is seeking motivated Loan Officers to join our team as Recruiters. Leverage your industry knowledge and social media skills to attract and recruit loan officers. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn a competitive base salary plus commission while expanding your professional network.
Responsibilities: Promote Loan Factory's brand and services on social media. Utilize your network and online presence to identify and recruit qualified loan officers. Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates. Work closely with the hiring team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Requirements: Current or recent experience as a Loan Officer (a Must). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Active and engaged presence on social media platforms. Ability to consistently meet performance goals. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
