Key Responsibilities • Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and refine budgets, forecasts, KPI dashboards, and financial models. • Industry Expertise: Provide branch reporting and analysis specific to mortgage banking requirements. • Commission & Incentives: Oversee Retail/Wholesale commission processing and administer the CompenSafe system. • Regulatory Reporting: Contribute to quarterly Mortgage Call Reports and MBFRF filings. • Executive Support: Deliver strategic insights and reports for leadership, including JV financials and special projects. • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor analysts, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
