Remote Membership Sales Associate (Weekends, Evenings)

As a Remote Membership Sales Associate, you’ll play a vital role in empowering individuals to take the first step in their fitness journey while contributing to the growth of our dynamic franchise network. What You’ll Do • Engage & Inspire: Connect with prospective members via phone, email, and social media to understand their goals and introduce them to our programs • Drive Results: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into members for our flagship brands, including THE MAX Fitness & Wellness and Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping • Build Relationships: Foster trust and rapport with leads by providing a supportive, empathetic, and informative experience • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies and share feedback for continuous improvement • Stay Organized: Manage leads effectively through our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and detailed record-keeping What We’re Looking For • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, or related industries. Understanding of what it takes and a desire to engage in robust lead follow up. A focus on speed to lead and speed to message.
