Remote Data Entry Specialist for UPS

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for entering and updating a variety of data into our systems, ensuring that information is accurate, complete, and up to date. Attention to detail and time management skills are key to this role.
Responsibilities: Enter and update customer and order information into UPS systems. Maintain accurate records and ensure the integrity of data. Review data for errors and make corrections as necessary. Process and organize digital files for easy retrieval. Communicate with different departments to ensure smooth workflows. Respond to inquiries regarding data discrepancies or issues. Ensure all data entry is done in a timely and efficient manner. Assist with administrative tasks and other related duties as needed.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred). Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new software tools. A stable internet connection and a quiet home office environment for remote work.
