Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Mortgage Loan Officers to join our esteemed team in a remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in assisting clients throughout the home loan process, offering expert guidance and facilitating successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, gaining insights into their individual financial needs to deliver customized solutions.
Actively pursue new business prospects through inbound leads, referrals, and strategic networking.
Provide comprehensive guidance to clients during the loan process, advising them on optimal loan programs, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring a seamless closing experience.
Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives while prioritizing high levels of client satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory updates, and new loan product offerings.
Required Skills
Minimum of 2 years of full-time loan origination experience, ideally within a call center context.
Extensive knowledge of both conventional and government loan programs, including purchase and refinance options.
Possession of a current NMLS license, with a preference for candidates holding 4 or more additional state NMLS licenses.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven track record of building rapport and trust with clients.
A results-driven attitude, demonstrating a strong work ethic, ambition, and the capacity to perform independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of loan origination experience is required.
A thorough understanding of diverse loan programs is essential.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
