Campaign Management: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media marketing initiatives to boost traffic and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting: Measure, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and clicks to refine strategies and enhance results.
Social Listening: Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and practices to continually elevate content quality and engagement strategies.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure uniformity in messaging and alignment with overall organizational objectives.
Required Skills
Proven experience in social media management, coordination, or representation.
Proficient in social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating attention to detail.
