About the position The Remote Entry Level Customer Support position at TEKsystems involves responding to inquiries and requests from members in a structured contact center environment. Responsibilities • Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a high-volume contact center. , • Provide information regarding Client's products and services, demonstrating knowledge and active listening. , • Perform transactions or related functions for various accounts including savings, checking, consumer loans, and credit cards. , • Advise members on other products and services that may fit their needs to enhance member interaction. Requirements • Strong communication skills and active listening abilities. , • Ability to adapt to multiple systems and engagement methods. , • Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
