Key Responsibilities

Assist patients in establishing payments through various methods, including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers.
Comply with company policies and procedures to provide a seamless experience for our patients.
Achieve or surpass designated performance objectives and targets.
Collaborate closely with team leaders and management to resolve challenges and enhance patient satisfaction.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management to promote team success and patient contentment.
