Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and manage large amounts of data into company databases and systems
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections as needed
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records ensuring data integrity and security
- Collaborate with team members and managers to identify and address any data discrepancies or issues
- Strive to meet daily and weekly data entry targets and deadlines
- Continuously suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of data entry tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and managers
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address data discrepancies
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
