As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales in the insurance industry. This is a commission-only position that allows you to work remotely, giving you the flexibility to achieve work-life balance on your terms.
Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Generate sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our insurance products to potential clients. Work with leads provided by the company, eliminating the need for cold calling or door-to-door sales. Complete required training to obtain the necessary insurance license. Maintain a client-focused approach, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
Requirements: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to clients' needs. Commitment to integrity, transparency, diversity, and relentless pursuit of excellence.
