Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and interactive virtual ESL lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels
Design and customize lesson plans to meet each student's unique learning needs
Monitor and assess student progress, offering timely feedback and additional support as needed
Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and school staff to promote student success in their language learning journey
Qualifications
Valid state teaching license with an ESL endorsement
Proven experience teaching ESL, either in a classroom or online setting
Familiarity with virtual teaching tools and platforms
Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting students in their language development.
