Key Responsibilities • Deliver personalized online instruction tailored to the unique needs of students with special needs. • Create and manage virtual Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and learning plans. • Collaborate closely with families, general education teachers, and support staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience. • Utilize assistive technology to enhance learning and engagement for students. • Monitor and evaluate student progress in the virtual classroom setting, making adjustments as needed. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Special Education (Master's degree is preferred). • Valid teaching license in West Virginia with a Special Education endorsement. • Experience with online or distance education is a plus. • Strong digital skills and proficiency in educational technology. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
