Develop reports and presentations for diverse audiences to promote performance management
Analyze data to enhance reporting, transparency, and alignment with company goals
Participate in project management meetings and develop reports based on assigned projects
Provide project management support for key initiatives within the organization
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
Must reside in NY, CT, NJ, or PA for remote work eligibility
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis
Excellent communication skills for report and presentation development
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in value-based care analysis
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Proficient in data visualization and reporting software
