### Key Responsibilities:

• **Client Engagement:**
• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and courteous interaction.

• Analyze client issues promptly and accurately, employing problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, ensuring timely follow-up with clients.

• **Product Knowledge:**
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Avery Dennison’s products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
• Facilitate product demonstrations or training sessions as needed for clients to enhance their understanding of our offerings.

• **Documentation and Reporting:**
• Accurately document client interactions and issue resolutions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Generate regular reports on client feedback and service issues to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• **Proactive Support:**
• Analyze client feedback and identify opportunities for product or service improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.

• **Team Collaboration:**
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to provide insights that enhance client outreach and services.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming and planning efforts to improve overall client support strategies.

### Requirements:

• **Education & Experience:**
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in client support, customer service, or a related field.

• **Technical Skills:**
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to quickly learn new software systems and tools.
