Working Hours
Flexible hours, with core availability between 9 AM 5 PM EST
Responsibilities
Assist in daily technical tasks and projects
Maintain and update databases and systems
Provide tech support to team members and clients
Participate in virtual team meetings
Collaborate with team members on project developments
Document processes and procedures
Monitor and report on project progress
Conduct research and compile data as needed
