About The Role
We are looking for a committed Virtual Special Education Teacher to join our team and provide exceptional support to students in Spokane, Washington. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work with K-12 students in a virtual school setting.
Your Responsibilities
Create and deliver personalized online lessons tailored to students with disabilities
Implement and track Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in a virtual learning environment
Utilize innovative digital tools to craft engaging and accessible content
Collaborate with families and fellow educators to ensure student success
Conduct virtual assessments and provide regular progress updates
What We're Looking For
A Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
A current teaching license with a special education endorsement
At least 4 years of experience in special education
Proficiency in online teaching platforms and assistive technologies
Excellent time management and organizational skills
