Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through chat, providing accurate and helpful information
Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and technical support
Communicate and work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements
