What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts professionally and courteously
Utilize training to accurately address customer inquiries and sell appropriate products
Listen to customers, assess their needs, and resolve issues effectively
Document and process customer orders in the required systems
Attend training sessions to stay updated on program knowledge and procedures
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
One (1) year of experience in customer service or related fields in a contact center environment
Previous state or federal work experience
