- Utilize various software tools to resolve inquiries, track orders, and troubleshoot issues
- Address post-order questions related to shipping, billing, and delivery
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related area of responsibility
- Specialized skills training or certification may be required
- Ability to exercise judgment in accordance with defined policies and procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively

- Familiarity with online ordering processes and troubleshooting web platforms
- Proficiency with various software tools used for customer support and order tracking
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
