Keep passengers informed about any changes to their travel plans and assist them in making alternative arrangements when necessary.5. **Sales and Promotions:** Promote Delta Airline products, services, and loyalty programs to customers. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products such as travel insurance, preferred seating, or premium amenities.6. **Technical Support:** Troubleshoot technical issues related to the Delta Airline website, mobile app, or online booking tools. Assist customers with navigation, account login, password resets, and other technical inquiries to ensure a seamless user experience.7. **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes on inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions taken. Adhere to company policies and procedures for data entry, documentation, and reporting purposes.• *Qualifications:**
