Not temporary or seasonal positions we are looking for full-time or part-time agent!Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries
Experience:
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
• Ability to remain calm and composed while dealing with challenging situations
