Key Responsibilities...
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
* Assist customers with booking reservations, managing existing bookings, and providing flight information

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta policies, procedures, and services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Experience:
* Prior experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not required
* Training will be provided to successful candidates
Working Hours:
